1. The Service

Catchline AI LLC ("Catchline") provides missed-call text-back and appointment scheduling services on behalf of participating local home-service businesses. When you call a participating business and the call cannot be answered, Catchline sends you a text message to help schedule your service appointment. Messages are conversational and sent only in response to your own inquiry.

2. SMS Program Terms

By calling or texting a participating business's phone number, you consent to receive a text-message response related to your inquiry.
Message frequency varies by conversation and is typically low.
Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan.
Reply STOP at any time to opt out of messages. Reply HELP for assistance, or email hello@catchlineai.com.
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

3. Appointments

Appointment requests made by text are scheduled on behalf of the participating business. The business is responsible for performing the requested service, confirming final pricing on site, and any changes to the appointment.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service to send unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent content.

5. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Catchline AI LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the messaging service, including missed or delayed messages.

6. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
